77hd Terms and Conditions – Pakistan Online Betting Platform

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any part of the 77hd platform — whether through a web browser, a mobile device, or any other means — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 77hd.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or place any bets on 77hd. Continued use of the platform after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.

2. Eligibility

3. Account Registration & Security

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 77hd. Operating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraudulent behaviour. All duplicate accounts discovered will be closed and balances forfeited without notice.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering on 77hd. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid Pakistani mobile number, and a working email address. Should any of this information change, you must update your account details promptly. 77hd is not responsible for issues arising from inaccurate or outdated information on your account.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 77hd username and password. Do not share your login credentials with any other person. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 77hd support immediately at support@77hd.biz. Any transactions carried out before you notify us of unauthorised access are your responsibility unless we determine that the breach was due to a failure on our part.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

77hd may require you to complete identity verification (commonly referred to as KYC — Know Your Customer) before processing withdrawals above certain thresholds or at any time for compliance purposes. Verification documents may include a copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions or closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Currency

All transactions on 77hd — including deposits, bets, winnings, bonus credits, and withdrawals — are conducted exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No foreign currency is accepted and no currency conversion is applied. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your account, and the amount you withdraw is the amount that reaches your payment method, subject to any applicable rollover requirements.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Eligibility for Bonuses

One bonus claim per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method applies unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise. 77hd reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer or cancel any bonus that has been claimed in breach of these terms.

5.2 Welcome Bonus

New players on 77hd are eligible for a welcome bonus on their first qualifying deposit. The bonus is credited as bonus funds to your account and carries a wagering requirement before it can be converted to withdrawable cash. 5.3 Wagering Requirements

Bets placed with bonus funds contribute to wagering requirements according to the following standard rates unless stated differently in individual promotion terms:

• Live cricket betting (minimum odds 1.50): 100% contribution
• Slots: 100% contribution
• Poker cash games: 20% contribution

5.4 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the 77hd bonus system — including opening multiple accounts to claim promotions repeatedly, placing offsetting bets to guarantee profit from bonus funds, or any other form of bonus exploitation — will result in immediate cancellation of all bonuses, forfeiture of related winnings, and possible permanent account closure. 77hd uses automated and manual monitoring to detect bonus abuse patterns.

6. Betting Rules

6.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on 77hd are final once confirmed on the bet slip. It is your responsibility to verify that the selection, stake, and odds are correct before confirming. 77hd does not accept requests to cancel or amend bets after they have been confirmed, except in cases where a market is voided by 77hd due to an error or event cancellation.

6.2 Odds and Market Errors

77hd takes reasonable steps to ensure that all odds are accurately displayed. However, in the event of a manifest error — where odds are published at a price that is clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error — 77hd reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player accounts. A manifest error is one where the odds published were demonstrably different from the true market price by a material margin. This right exists regardless of whether the bet has been settled.

6.3 Live Betting (In-Play)

Live betting markets on 77hd update in real time. Markets may be suspended temporarily during key in-play events. Bets submitted during a suspension period will be rejected and your stake will not be deducted. It is your responsibility to ensure that the odds displayed on your bet slip match your intended selection at the time of confirmation. 77hd is not responsible for internet or device delays that result in a bet being placed at an unintended price.

6.4 Voided Bets

A bet may be voided by 77hd in the following circumstances: the event or match is abandoned or cancelled without a result; a manifest error in odds is identified; the bet was placed on an incorrect market due to a data feed error; or the event outcome is determined after the result of another event included in the same accumulator. In all cases of void bets, the stake is returned to the player's account.

6.5 Maximum Payout

Any winnings above the stated maximum payout for a given market will be capped at that maximum, regardless of the odds and stake placed.

7. VIP Club Terms

Participation in the 77hd VIP Club is subject to these general Terms and Conditions as well as the specific VIP Club terms available on the VIP Club page. The following key points apply:

• All registered players are automatically enrolled in the VIP Club at Bronze tier.
• Tier status is assessed on a rolling 30-day net wager total. Tier upgrades are applied automatically when a threshold is crossed.
• Tier downgrades occur if net wager falls below the maintenance threshold for 30 consecutive days.
• Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses (total stakes minus total winnings) for the previous seven days and credited every Monday before 10 AM PKT.

• Scrape or harvest data, odds, or other content from the platform by automated means
• Use the 77hd brand or logo in any context without explicit authorisation

11. Limitation of Liability

77hd provides its platform on an "as available" basis and makes no warranty that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from security vulnerabilities. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 77hd excludes all liability for:

• Loss of profits, winnings, or anticipated savings arising from platform downtime or technical errors
• Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind

12. Account Suspension and Closure

In cases of suspected fraud, money laundering, or collusion, balances may be withheld pending investigation. 12.2 Closure by the Player

Accounts cannot be closed while a balance subject to active wagering requirements remains. 12.3 Dormant Accounts

Accounts inactive for 12 months are classified as dormant and subject to the inactive account fee described in Section 4.5. 77hd will make reasonable efforts to contact the account holder before any fees are applied.
